Remember when you were a kid…
And your parents had to trick you into eating vegetables and other healthy foods?
Peas were flown on airplanes and celery was dressed as ant-infested logs.
It’s no wonder parents utilize this tool … it works.
And truth be told, I still play this deception game … with myself.
Pretty regularly, in order to trick myself into combating my soda addiction, I guzzle iced water through a disposable cup and straw. It helps if it’s housed in a fast food container.
But … life just got better.
I’ve recently come across the latest invention in food sleight.
They call it, Yonana.

Imagine being able to turn your frozen fruits and veggies into magical creations that have the consistency of sorbet or froyo without adding anything else to them.
Then boom … there you have it.
There’s nothing bad in it.
- No added sugar.
- No dairy.
- But if you want to get sassy, you can add frozen chocolate to the mix, or drizzle honey/granola/whatevs on top. (Honey is my favorite. Just like smiling.)
And the best part … you just push the fruits/veggies into the machine … that’s it!
You’re welcome.
